RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Alankara, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return or exchange your order under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned if used/worn.
- Customized or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
3. Process for Returns/Exchanges
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@alankara.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the product, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping details.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- In case of a defective or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
- In case of Return 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of Store credit within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- If you choose an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once we receive and approve the returned item.
